Q: How long will my order take to ship?

All orders generally ship within 3-5 business days of order placement. Processing time may be extended during peak holiday seasons.

Please note, once your order leaves our hands we are not held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.

What is the estimated time I'll receive my order?

Domestic (USA): Estimated 2-8 Business Days

Q: Can I update my address after an order has been shipped?

If you realize you checked out with an incorrect address, please reach out via the Customer Support link below to inform us as soon as possible. We unfortunately cannot make any guarantees and will only be able to update the address if the package has not yet shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently only ship within the U.S. but we are working on it!

Q: How much is Shipping?

A: Shipping varies depending on product type, weight, and quantity! Shipping is calculated at check out.

Q: Is tracking included with my order?

A: All orders come with tracking. :) You'll receive an additional email confirming your shipment along with a tracking number.

Refund Policy

You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not accept returns and exchanges unless there's an issue with your order.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If 30 days have passed since receiving your item, we unfortunately cannot issue you a refund or exchange.
